FAQ
Send us information about the product or service that you want to advertise. The information can be, for example, a link to the product/service page, a brochure, or a short description. Our team will get back to you with the contextual setup for your inquiry, including the number of articles and impressions to estimate potential reach, URLs to example articles, and mock screenshots.
Yes, you will be able to see your campaign performance live in our Campaign Monitoring dashboard whenever you want. If needed, you can also generate reporting documents ad hoc (PDF/PPT/XLSX). Besides the parameters typically listed in ad campaign reports, you will have access to information such as click heat maps, time-in-view, viewability, organization reporting, and reports on non-human traffic (which we don't charge you for).
Absolutely! The effectiveness of a campaign depends on how it is crafted. What message do you plan to proactively tell and to whom? We can consult and help with granular customized targeting, setup, monitoring, and reporting. These are the aspects where PubGrade makes a difference. For many companies, especially on a tight budget, running ad campaigns without PubGrade's cross-publisher targeting feature wouldn't be possible. We enable advertisers to initiate business with publishers, societies, and associations.
Our partners publish thousands of journals with millions of articles, generating millions of touchpoints with specialized audiences every day. With PubGrade, every ad campaign has a customized audience depending on your individual needs. Our team helps you to generate targeting setups suited to the goals of the envisaged campaigns. Within minutes, our platform will let you know the number of relevant articles and total as well as free impressions for this setup. This information will enable you to estimate your share of voice.
We can cover all or part of these aspects for you. You will still have full transparency on what kind of advertisers and campaigns are running and we can set up processes and systems where you remain in full control.
Just give us a call and we'll look into your use cases and how you can benefit from our solutions. We try hard to enable smaller societies and associations to benefit from our technology stack to generate paid advertising revenues, but also to leverage the technology for internal marketing.

The service will help you identify and extract scientific leads who are engaged in the relevant research areas or have mentioned relevant products - for example, previous versions of your new product or your competitors' equivalent products. Your sales team can use these insights strategically to approach these leads. If you're using our Contextual Advertising service to generate awareness and leads, you can further support your product launch with a display ads campaign, targeting specifically readers of publications dealing with relevant research or mentioning relevant product names.

The PubGrade publisher network brings together peer-reviewed journals and scientific publisher environments into one contextual advertising solution for life science marketers. Instead of planning campaigns one title or one publisher at a time, advertisers can access a broader scientific environment across multiple participating publishers, societies, and journal portfolios. This makes it possible to build campaigns around relevant scientific topics, disciplines, and reading contexts at greater scale.
PubGrade works across a broad network of publisher and society environments covering many life science disciplines and research specialties. The network includes global academic publishers, specialist scientific publishers, and professional societies, giving advertisers access to a wide range of trusted peer-reviewed journal environments. Because the network continues to evolve, advertisers looking for a specific publisher, journal family, or discipline can contact PubGrade for current availability and campaign planning.
Yes. PubGrade campaigns can be built around specific scientific disciplines, journal groups, research topics, and contextual signals, rather than being limited to a single fixed title list. That means a campaign can be shaped around areas such as oncology, immunology, neuroscience, diagnostics, microbiology, or methods-focused workflows, depending on your goals. In many cases, PubGrade can create a campaign-specific mix of relevant journal environments across publishers to match your audience, geography, and scientific focus.
A scientific journal advertising network helps life science marketers run one campaign across multiple peer-reviewed journals and article contexts through a centralized buying, targeting, and reporting workflow. PubGrade combines cross-publisher reach with article-level contextual targeting, so campaigns appear next to the scientific content most relevant to your audience.
Publishers sell their own inventory well. But for advertisers, buying journal advertising one title or one publisher at a time can be slow, fragmented, and hard to scale. PubGrade brings relevant scientific environments together in one cross-publisher workflow, so marketers can reach the right audiences without managing multiple separate bookings, contracts, and reporting streams.
Because the environment matters. Peer-reviewed scientific journals place your message in a professional setting where scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals are working, learning, and making decisions—not casually scrolling in a consumer or “blue jeans” environment. When your ad appears next to trusted scientific content, it benefits from greater contextual relevance, stronger brand fit, and a setting that reflects the seriousness of your audience and your offer.
